Hello! I’m Melissa, a Melbourne‑based nutritionist and designer with a passion for translating complex biomedical science into vivid, clear communication.

I started my career in clinical nutrition, research, and industry—where I often felt frustrated by the lack of evidence‑based visual tools tailored to scientific audiences. So I pivoted: combining my training in health science and design, I now specialise in biomedical and medical communications strategy.

I believe that science is about communicating our findings, so we need to start speaking louder and better.

Over the past decade, I've helped researchers, clinicians, education institutions, health publishers, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical brands and health-tech businesses bring their science to life—working across infographics, graphical abstracts, slide decks, eLearning and grant visuals.
